Assembly was conducted to celebrate Christmas Day in the school. A group of 26 students from Classes IV and V participated with zest and enthusiasm. It started with a Prayer followed by a Speech given by Kunal Singh Mehta of Class VB, he laid stress on the Birth of Lord Jesus and his teachings lot many facts on Christmas were discussed by him. It was then followed by a choir, the students sang the Christmas Carols melodiously which were thoroughly enjoyed by all the other kids. The students then presented a Nativity play which clearly embarked the journey of Lord Jesus…how a divine blessing found its way through God. The students represented the various characters and depicted the play beautifully. It ended with the arrival Of Santa Claus, Ms. Shipra Arora of the Pre Primary Section was dressed up as Santa Carrying a packet of sweets. The Christmas Carols were being played and the Santa was dancing and going here and there distributing the sweets, all the students really had a gala time and enjoyed a lot with their Santa. The Assembly ended at a happy note and everyone returned to their classes with a smile on their faces.
