Self Defence Training Workshop

One need only destroy his willingness to engage" -Sun Tzu On 13th February, 2024 a scientifically designed, Self-defense training workshop was conducted by KAVACH for classes 6 to 11th, in two different batches for both boys and girls. It helped the students feel empowered and enabled to protect themselves against real-life scenarios such as sexual assault, kidnapping, molestation, groping, bullying, threats, and attacks with multiple weapons such as knives, sticks, acid attacks, snatching, etc. The primary aim of this program was to train them to fight against any assault and harassment, which is possible by making them learn the self-defense routine. The aim of the workshop was to emphasize on situational awareness, conflict resolution, and quick escapes, ensuring the students are well-prepared to face real-life challenges with courage and resilience. As part of the workshop, commitment to trainee safety, strict safety measures and guidelines during the classes were taken care of. Certified instructors and age-appropriate techniques to protective gear and first aid training, were ensured for the well-being of the students at all times. The session was attended by the students, teachers and the Officiating Principal Ms. Bharti Vishnoi.
