Inter House Hindi Debate Competition IX to XII  2023-2024

An Inter House Hindi Debate Competition was held for classes IX to XII on 29th August, 2023 to hone their public speaking skills. The speakers of all the houses spoke eloquently on the topic “????? ????? ????? ???????? ?? ?? ????? ???”|

The Hindi Debate Competition aimed to promote the use of Hindi as a language of expression and communication while honing the participants’ public speaking and debating skills. The event was designed to encourage students to engage in intellectual discussions on relevant topics and showcase their ability to present persuasive arguments in Hindi.

The participants displayed commendable fluency and articulation in the Hindi language, impressing the audience and the judges with their eloquence and passion for their respective topics.

In this competition participants presented prepared speeches on pre-assigned topics. Each speaker was given a specific time limit to present their viewpoint, followed by a rebuttal from an opposing participant.

The participants were evaluated on various parameters, including clarity of expression, depth of research, logical presentation of arguments, communication skills, and overall confidence . The two judges Ms.Madhu Sharma and Ms.Vaishali Aggarwal critically assessed each participant’s performance to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation.

Winners :

The winners were announced after rigorous evaluation of the participants' performances.

The Winning Team :  Shivalik House( Sneha Kamboj -XII B and Shreysi-XI D)

The First Runner Up Team:  Satpura House(Samiksha Maurya -XI B and Sachchit Singh-IXA)

The Second Runner Up Team:  Vindhya House(Rohini -X D and Harleen Kaur -XIA)

Best Speaker : Sneha Kamboj from Shivalik House.

The Hindi Debate Competition proved to be an intellectually stimulating and enriching event, fostering a culture of critical thinking and effective communication among the students. The competition provided a platform for young minds to express their opinions confidently in Hindi, thereby promoting the rich linguistic heritage of our country.
