Date 18 Oct 2025

DIWALI CELEBRATION IN THE PRIMARY WING

Diwali was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Primary Wing over two days — on October 17, 2025, by the students of the Pre-Primary Section, and on October 18, 2025, by the students of Classes III to V.

The Pre-Primary classrooms were beautifully decorated with diyas, colourful rangolis, and lanterns, creating a vibrant festive atmosphere all around. Children came dressed in traditional attire and looked adorable in their ethnic outfits. The little ones participated in various fun-filled activities such as diya decoration, paper lamp making, and rangoli making.

A Special Assembly was conducted by Class V C on October 18, 2025, to mark the festive spirit of Diwali. The students confidently spoke about the significance of Dhanteras, Narak Chaturdashi, Diwali, Govardhan Puja, and Bhai Dooj, highlighting the cultural and traditional importance of each festival.

The assembly began with a warm welcome and was followed by informative presentations and short speeches that helped everyone understand the essence of these celebrations. The vibrant festive mood continued with Rangoli Making Activities for Classes III to V, where students displayed their creativity and enthusiasm.

To make the day more enjoyable and meaningful, a movie titled The Little Bear was screened in the Multi-Purpose Hall, adding to the excitement and festive cheer. The entire programme was conducted smoothly, creating an atmosphere of joy, learning, and togetherness.
