ENGLISH ON THE SPOT SPEAKING SKILL ACTIVITY

An on-the-spot speaking skill activity was conducted on January 22, 2026, for the Kindergarten students to enhance their confidence, vocabulary, and communication skills in English.

A surprise bag was prepared with different objects and topic cards were placed inside it. Each child was invited to come forward and pick one card or an object from the bag. The topics were familiar and age-appropriate, such as fruits, vegetables, toys, and things they commonly see around them. After selecting a topic, the child spoke a few sentences about it in English with the guidance and encouragement of the teachers.

The children tried to speak on the various topics confidently. The aim of the  activity was to overcome  stage fright and improve their vocabulary .
