On Saturday 22nd December 2023, the Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) of Raja Rammohan Roy Academy organized enthralling street play in the School premises for the students and their parents aimed at raising awareness about the importance of voting rights.

The students participated in a street play making the parents and students aware of their voting rights for strengthening democracy and building a healthier nation and in understanding the significance of active participation in the democratic process.

Through the play they urged the parents not to let their vote go waste. They  highlighted the process and importance of voting through the display of model EVM and placards. Messages such as - "I am going to get inked, what about you?"  ??? ????? ???? ?? ???? ?????? ?????? ?? ", " ???? ??? ???? ????", "Every vote counts" etc were displayed during the play.

By blending creativity with a strong message, the performance succeeded in reaching the audience and contributing to the ongoing dialogue on civic engagement.
