Prefectorial Council Elections Report (2025–2026)

The Prefectorial Council elections for the academic session 2025–2026 were conducted with great enthusiasm in the month of July at Raja Rammohan Roy Academy. Students from Class IX onwards participated actively in the democratic process of selecting their student leaders.

On 24th July 2025, polling was held to elect the Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, and Deputy Head Girl. The following day, on 25th July 2025, elections were held to elect the House Captains and Vice Captains of the four houses of the school.

Nomination forms were earlier distributed to eligible candidates and were thoroughly scrutinized by the House Incharges and faculty members. The shortlisted candidates were then given the opportunity to introduce themselves and present their views and vision during the school assembly, allowing students to make informed voting decisions. The elections were conducted in a fair and transparent manner under the supervision of the Principal and the Election Committee.
