SPIC MACAY    (KATHAKALI DANCE PERFORMANCE)

SPIC MACAY and Raja Rammohan Roy Academy collaborated to host a mesmerizing Kathakali presentation, by Kalamandalam Ramachandran Unnithan and Troupe on April, 20 2024 at school’s Multi-Purpose Hall. The students of classes III to VII witnessed the ‘Krishna-Sudama Milan’ through this Theatrical Classical art form. Dr. Kalamandalam Ramankutty introduced the art form in showcasing expressive movements and emotive storytelling, receiving an enthusiastic response from the audience. The event sparked meaningful discussions about cultural heritage and identity, promoting cross-cultural understanding within the school community.
