Inter- house One Act Play 2024

Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy had organized One Act Play on 29th April, 2024.  Around seventy two children participated in this art of expression. One act play is difficult to portray, as it has only one act in various scenes with more characters and a message , to be performed in stipulated time. But the students of all the four houses staged their stellar performances with thought provoking messages. They have chosen all contemporary themes for their plays. The themes ranged from classroom humour, introspection of  the society we are living  to growing influence of social websites and internet in our lives. 

It was really a Herculean task for the judges to adjudge the plays as it was histrionic performance of all the actors with the proper use of props, costumes and presentations. They succeeded in generating the great impact on audience as they received thunderous applause from the audience after every play.

Shivalik House bagged  1st position, they  had performed on Social media and Internet , their performance exhilarated the audience and the judges. There was a tie between Satpura and Aravali Houses, both secured 2nd Position. Aravali House had raised the issue of robberies in banks whereas Satpura  thought to bring up psychology of the students , depicting that every student is the Hero, as each student is gifted with some quality.

The judges gave valuable tips on the use of stage and appreciated the performers of all the four houses. Our Officiating Principal Mrs. Bishnoi was highly impressed with the quality of play they have chosen and staged them so well.
